MORELOS & BALBUENA

The first remodeling project undertaken by COVARO was Morelos, otherwise known as Casa Miranda, completed on December 2018. A Colonial house located at the heart of Colonia Lafayette, turned into a beautiful residential property of 3 stories with 9 apartments for long-and-short term rentals. This gem has had 40% above average occupancy rates consistently, compared to other properties in the market, due to key indicators: location, cost-value offer, modern finishes, and concierge hospitality (Airbnb 2021 report).

The second Condo Hotel project is Balbuena, which started remodeling activities October 2021. It is also a late 20s Colonial house turned into a contemporary residential complex of 15 apartments. Its history and traditional architecture was salvaged, presenting modern amenities for co-working and co-living.

Both of these projects are located in one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Guadalajara, with vivid night life, restaurants, art galleries, and plenty of entertainment.
