COVARO has developed a solid rental model, validated by thousands of clients, that has allowed us to replicate and acquire more properties throughout the years. COVARO currently administers 34 properties in three locations through out Mexico -Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and Mexico City– and is expecting to acquire more rental condos this year with the delivery of two development projects -Nomada and Balbuena-.

COVARO’s Rental Management services include:

Properties are appointed a supervisor to oversee all activities between owner and client transactions, order-to-cash process. This includes having properties enlisted on different rental sites (VRBO, Airbnb, Booking, other) with vast outreach and user-friendly platforms. 

Constantly analyzing key occupancy metrics to fix adequate price points. Monitoring the market and seasonality rates to offer the best price bid. This includes discounts for last minute reservations, extra-charges and fees, etc. 

Providing concierge attention 24/7 on-site or via our digital attention centers. Scheduling check-ins and departures from the property. Ensuring a smooth and effortless welcome to the site: luggage storage, special petitions for early/late arrivals, mail and package reception, and more. Our different sites include video monitoring and surveillance.  

Building HOA Fees: Include general building and amenities maintenance fees. Such as, but not limited to, elevator, swimming pool, gardening, security on-site, in-house janitor and cleaning personnel (if applies).

Rental Management Fees: Cleaning fees, tax payments, rental platform and agent fees.

Handling other expenses pertaining to each property owner: Periodic maintenance and repairs of the property, monthly payment of house bills (electricity, water, cable, internet, etc.), purchase and supply of basic stock items for rental functioning (ej. toiletteries, linens, towels, consumables, cleaning products, etc.) Separate charge.

Other attention and hospitality services, if requested additionally: airpot pick-up and arranges for local transportation, special pet needs, planning and booking touristic activities, etc.

"I would recommend to anyone staying in Mexico City to stay here! We couldn't have asked for a better location! It is right off the main strip where you can find restaurants, cafes, food and convenient stores. Gerardo is available anytime you need him and was extremely helpful. Our flight was late in the evening and he was ready for us the moment we got there. The host was great at communicating with us throughout our trip. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered a cleaning halfway through our stay! Any time I'm in Guadalajara I will be staying here from now on."
